2. Free and Paid Content
A course may contain different access levels:
- Public Preview: Content available without an account.
- Login Required: Free content that requires an account and any necessary verification.
- Course Access: Content available through a valid course enrolment or purchase.
A free section does not mean the entire course is free. Access follows the information displayed for the relevant course or section.
3. Purchases, Access, and Validity
Before purchasing, check the price, included materials, access period, device restrictions, and purchase conditions.
Renewals, new purchases, and combo benefits follow the conditions of the relevant offer. New courses or features are not automatically included in every previous purchase.
Where a paid course specifies one active device at a time, that restriction applies.
4. Use of Study Materials
Use materials for personal study within the permission provided.
Without separate permission, you must not share account access or protected links, resell paid materials, or upload them publicly. Purchasing a PDF does not transfer ownership of its copyright or grant unrestricted copying or resale rights.
The rights of the relevant authors, publishers, and other rights holders remain protected.
5. Payment and Order Issues
If payment appears successful but access is missing, you are charged twice, or an order appears incorrect, contact us with your order number and relevant details.
Check your order status before making repeated payments.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
Applicable cancellation, refund, and return conditions will be displayed before a paid item is offered for sale.
Requests will be assessed according to the conditions applicable to the purchase and relevant consumer rights. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
For printed books, check availability, delivery coverage, shipping charges, and return conditions on the product page or during checkout.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not attempt to breach security, access another user’s information, commit fraud, distribute materials without permission, or disrupt the service.
Relevant access may be restricted while suspected misuse is investigated. You may contact us with questions about such restrictions.
8. Service and Content Updates
Maintenance or problems with external services may occasionally interrupt access. We may also update materials to correct errors or improve their educational value.
If a significant change to a purchased service becomes necessary, affected users will be given appropriate information.
